Kickflips by: Danny W.

Kickflips are a considered a basic trick, it may sound easy by that but let me start off by stating learning this trick is no picnic. It’s a difficult trick to learn but it’s easy to do as soon as you get it down. Basically what the trick is, is that you drag your foot of the corner to make the board flip all the way around.

Tricks to learn first: Ok before you try and learn Kickflips have the tricks down really good. Make sure you land them 90% of the time: Ollie (About 1 deck high) Shove it both ways, pop shove it both ways. I would also recommend learning 180’s both ways before the kickflip although you don’t need to.

Heelflips are one of those basic tricks that once learned, open up a whole new world of other tricks similar to it such as heel varials, inward heels, double heels etc.

Make sure you can ollie at least a deck and that you are fairly familiar to skateboarding before you try this trick.

Nollie Heel

Everybody loves a sexy nollie heel so why not write a guide on it.

What you need to have down before trying
You need a very sexy nollie and switch ollie and I learned switch ollie norths which I Believed to help me learn the flick motion better.

Before the Trick
Just Try a few nollies and switch ollies and stretch and warm up. Practice the flick a few times. Don’t be disappointed by this trick it’s quite hard to get down and have it nice it took my a long ass time to get it.

Foot Placement
This is a very important part of the trick. I can only give and idea to put your feet but everybody seems to have a little bit different foot placement. You want your flicking foot toes of a little bit and your other foot in the nollie position.
